That’s right, thanks to all of you supporting our team’s local dream, this tiny local brewery is growing and we couldn’t be more proud.
In 2020 we opened our doors on the verge of a pandemic, not knowing what to expect. With all the love this community has shown, 2022 will be the year where we open a brewing facility with plenty of space to whip up your Three Sheets favourites & some tasty seasonals! Don’t worry, our bottle shop on Main Street will still be available & we’ll keep brewing up some masterpieces over there as well.
We’re looking forward to updating all of you on our progress and we’re even more excited to have some awesome new Port Elgin neighbours like Your Independent Grocer (Vanderwerf's YIG ), Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Elgin, Domino's Pizza-Saugeen Shores, China 8 & Guac Mexi Grill & many more!

Like all of our travel plans this year, our Slight Delay Double IPA has been a loooong time coming! Just like those long awaited vacations, we wanted to make sure we had the best of the best on the itinerary for you folks. If you’re an IPA lover, you’ll love this awesome new brew.

As per the Provincial announcement this morning, we’ll be reducing our restaurant and brew store hours, and switching to takeout only.

We’ve freshly brewed our new stout in honour of cold winter days where all you want to do is drink where it’s warm & safe inside. This brew is available in stubbies in our bottle shop & on the Wiz’s new Nitro Tap (so it’ll be nice and smooth for you to enjoy).
Our favourite porter is now back in bottles & on tap! Velvety Goodness is a smooth Vanilla Coffee Porter is made with Rabbit Dash beans & Three Sheets twists!
